When we refund
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or won’t download — and we can’t fix it for you.
- The product is materially different from its description.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll make it right — a corrected file, a replacement, or a full refund.
When we can’t refund
Because digital files can’t be returned, we can’t refund change-of-mind purchases after the files have been downloaded. Please check the pack preview and description before you buy.
How to request one
Use the Contact page with your order number and a short description of the problem. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
