What exactly is in a pack?
Every pack contains 12 individual sticker files as transparent PNGs, rendered at 300 DPI with roughly 4000 pixels on the longest side, plus a short license.txt. Everything arrives in a single zip file.
How do downloads work?
As soon as your order is complete you’ll see a download link on the order confirmation page, and the same link is emailed to you. You can also find your files any time under My Account → Downloads. Downloads don’t expire and there’s no download limit.
How do I use them in GoodNotes or other digital planners?
Unzip the pack on your device, then import the PNGs like any image. In GoodNotes: add the PNGs to an Elements collection (or simply drag one onto a page) and resize freely — the transparent background means only the sticker shows. The same approach works in Notability, Samsung Notes, Xodo, and most planner apps that accept images.
Can I print them?
Yes. The files are 300 DPI, which is print resolution — they come out crisp on sticker paper, journals, or a home printer. Printing is covered for personal use in unlimited quantities.
What is your refund policy for digital goods?
Because the products are instant digital downloads, we can’t offer refunds for change of mind after the files have been downloaded. If a file is corrupted, missing, or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we’ll fix it or refund you — see the full Refund Policy.
What does the license allow, in short?
Personal use: planners, journals, devices, printed personal items — unlimited. Not allowed: reselling, redistributing, or sharing the files themselves, or using them in products or services you sell. The full text is on the License page and inside every zip.
